Item Description
Every now and then we see a specimen that is so weird and bizarre that we simply cannot place it by eye alone, AND do a double take on aesthetics as well. This is an EXQUISITE 'bonsai-tree' of shimmering golden bronze metallic "spearheads' of Marcasite elevated above a bed of glassy translucent, well terminated, clear to milky Quartz crystals. Just an insanely aesthetic piece! The video speaks for itself. The Marcasite blades have a slight iridescent to them. The Quartz also has some preferential dusting of Marcasite on the lower right as well as additional Marcasite crystallization on the bottom. The piece is in near-pristine condition. A truly memorable and mesmerizing specimen that happens to also be from an interesting locality. Ex. Kurt Hefendehl.
