A classic and very fine specimen of intergrown clusters of lustrous, brassy marcasite crystal spearpoints with a secondary overgrowth of smaller crystals from the Czech Republic. This is really an excellent marcasite specimen from this famous locale that is essentially pristine and has only one point of attachment. Every turn presents a remarkably different perspective. Marcasite crystals from here are among the world"s most stable, with many (not all) specimens quite resistant to "marcasite disease". Ex Howard Belsky Collection.
