Item Description

Classic "cockscomb" style lustrous, iridescent, bronzy marcasite crystals are aesthetically clustered on the sides and lower middle with starkly contrasting white dolomite rhombs on this sculptural and excellent large specimen from this well-known large Zn-Pb mine, that closed in 2003. The large marcasite in the center is 1.5 cm. Classic, pristine and excellent large combination material from this locale, that displays well without aid. Ex Sanabria Collection.
