Item Description

Large, to 7.0 cm, intergrown, sharp, lustrous, translucent, pretty pastel-pink, manganoan calcite rhombs are aesthetically clustered on the sturdy CABINET gossan crust. Little, glassy, hemimorphite blades on either side of the rhombs on the matrix are a nice accent. These are EXTREMELY LARGE calcites for Mina Ojuela, making this a most excellent and rare large combination specimen. Ex Consie Prince Collection and older material. Very moderate purple fluorescence.
