A very dense field of glassy quartz points, to about 3.4 cm, is dramatically set behind a field of large pretty pastel-pink manganoan calcite rhombs with striking, dense stepped-growth faces on this impresssive large combination plate from this well-known Cavnic mine. Very nearly pristine, with only a couple of gently bruised quartz tips. Such large combinations in this quality are RARE. Neon-orange fluorescence! Valued by former dealer at $695 for size, combination quality and rarity. A rare large classic from the Boldut Mine.
