A striking, 3.5 cm, compound "ball" of tightly intergrown, pretty pastel-pink, manganoan calcite rhombs is dramatically perched atop 3-dimensional matrix of sparkly, metallic-black manganite crystals over masssive hematite. This colorful, sculptural, excellent and uncommon combination piece is from a major underground iron mine in Wisconsin. Pieces in this combination quality and color are very uncommon.
