Item Description

A showy and excellent two-sided manganoan calcite from this well-known Peruvian locale. A large, extremely flattened (7 mm wide) rhomb has pretty pastel-pink color, nubby faces and a matte texture. The protruding support "wings" on either side are a fine accent. The the large rhomb and the 'A' side are pristine. The piece displays well without aid. Bright neon orange-pink fluorescence. Classic Pachapaqui calcite.
