Item Description
Very good plate of about six spherical clusters of translucent, lustrous, pink Manganoan Calcite from Kalahari. The individual crystals range up to about .2 cm, and the largest of the clusters is about 2 cm across. They form a plate that was once attached at the bottom. As to be expected, the Manganoan Calcite has superb orange-red fluorescence. An excellent specimen for the species.
