Item Description
A striking intergrown cluster of three, large, sharply terminated manganoan calcite scalenohedrons on matrix from Dal'negorsk. The very glassy crystals are transparent to translucent and have light pastel-pink color. Complete all-around and very nearly pristine. It's hard to see the almost infinitesimal bruising to each of the three crystal tips. Two sides of the matrix have been sawed, which really gives you multiple fine display possibilities. Classic and excellent material from this famous mine and a 2006 find. Hot pink-orange fluorescence!
