Item Description

A classic specimen of these fairly elusive Manganites from the Caland Pit in Ontario, Canada featuring highly lustrous, notably striated, black bladed crystals measuring up to about 4 mm, on matrix. The crystals look beautiful up close, and we've photographed them with a macro lens to show off their quality. A good representative example of this older material (mined circa 1960s-1970s).
