Item Description
Rare worldwide, Mangan-diaspore is the manganese-rich variety of Diaspore. This fine specimen is composed entirely of Mangan-diaspore in the form of highly lustrous, glassy, wine-red lathes. The lathes reach up to 3.8 cm on this excellent and very rich piece. Glosam is the only location in Kalahari in which the Mangan-diaspore attains such a deep color and such a high luster. Excellent aesthetics for what it is.
