Item Description
Here we have a great quality association piece of this well known material from the Rum Jungle in Australia. The two most well known species from this area are Malachite and Pyromorphite and good specimens are few and far between on the market. The piece features green velvety Malachite "balls" measuring up to 8 mm which play host to greenish-yellow clusters of highly lustrous Pyromorphite measuring up to 5 mm with a reticulated / twinned, silvery colored Cerussite crystal group. It's a good display piece, and would make a fine addition to a secondary ore collection or a suite of Australian minerals. From the collection of Brian Kosnar
