Malachite with Dioptase

Item Description

A really attractive specimen of velvety, acicular semi-radial rich green Malachite that is studded by emerald green trigonal crystals of Dioptase from this famous copper deposit in Namibia. The Malachite crystals have a beautiful crystallization as they resemble a somewhat "flower"-like growth, and they have good luster to boot! You don't see a lot of these on the market, but they are certainly worth picking up if you collect the material. The largest Dioptase measures 2.1 cm.
