Item Description
Malachite specimens from this more obscure Katanga mine are rare and are seldom on the market. This sculptural crust of bubbly, botryoidal malachite is mostly scintillating malachite, but portions also have a more muted luster. Uncommonly fine older material with just a trivial bit of bruising, which is certainly not a detraction. Ex Harold Urish Collection.
