A GORGEOUS and AESTETHIC cluster of variable length, rounded malachite stalactites beautifully set on an arched, banded, botryoidal malachite matrix from recent finds at Kolwezi, Democratic Republic of Congo. The malachite has scintillating luster. This beautiful piece has amazing, scuptural quality, which is not diminished by the very light rubbing on a couple of the stalactites (barely noticeable) and the out of sight broken stalactites on the back. For what it is, and the 3-dimensionality, its as close to perfect as you can get without being ultra-nitpicky. Valued at $950 for quality and perfection. Not many this good have been available recently
