Item Description
A 4.0 cm segmented stalactite dominates this sculptural small cabinet of sparkly rich green bubbly malachite botryoids on this aesthetic older specimen from the R.D. Mushlitz Collection. The scattered holes add character to this DR Congo classic. The few light scuffs have minimal impact to the overall high quality of the piece. Older material, as the Mushlitz label says Shaba, Zaire. Shaba, Zaire dates to 1971-1997, when this area of DR Congo was officially called and the country was still Zaire.
