Malachite specimens from ANY South Dakota locality are extremely rare and are seldom on the market. Striking multi-hued botryoids of banded, acicular malachite are dramatically set in the hefty ironstone matrix. Nemo is in Lawrence County, location of the renowned Homestake Gold Mine in the Black Hills. Ex Robert Cook Collection.
