Item Description

An aesthetic specimen of Malachite pseudomorphs after Azurite from the now famous discovery of 2007 at Milpillas. Although there were many of these specimens available a few years ago, fine quality, undamaged display specimens were few and far between. There are several, fine quality, velvety, dark forest-green crystals of Malachite up to 1.9 cm that have altered from Azurite. The reverse side of the Malachite crystals shows some additional small blue spots of rarely seen Plancheite! A very nice specimen of this well known material.
