Item Description
This specimen is an aesthetic example of the well known and highly sought after pseudomorphs of Malachite after Azurite from Tsumeb. This toenail size specimen features a few very sharp, well-formed, prismatic crystals of Azurite which have pseudomorphed to velvety green Malachite. It is not the easiest specimen to photograph, but it truly is more attractive than the photos show. This is a good overall specimen of this beloved material from the most significant mineral locality in history. Originally priced at $895 by the previous dealer.
