Item Description

An exceptional, very fine and very rare pseudomorph combination specimen from the famous mines at Cocepcion del Oro. Bright malachite needles have pseudomorphed sharp chalcopyrite crystals and rest on a mounded matrix of iron oxide-coated quartz crystals. The color contrast and form are stunning. Excellent, old-time material. We have never seen anything like this from this locale.
