Sparkling and shimmering Malachite completely covers and replaces an aesthetic arrangement of bright green Malachite after Azurite blades making for a very attractive, very three-dimensional cabinet piece. There are dozens of what were broad, thin, interweaved Azurite blades to 2.5 cm across up and 1 to 2 mm thick up and down this aesthetic arrangement. Bright green Malachite has completely replaced the Azurite and a subsequent growth of fine (1 mm) Malachite crystals cover the bladed crystals and they just glisten with any incident light. A very attractive and architectural piece with a special look to it! This is very 3D and in person leaps out more than in the photo. Also, this is a rare replacement for this otherwise rich copper mine with so many styles of malachite, and so little azurite (for some weird reason, azurite just is not found here). Valued $1000-2000.
