Malachite ps. Azurite

Item Description

Here is a super sharp Malachite after Azurite pseudomorph where the original forms of the Azurite crystals are perfectly retained. There are nearly a dozen crystals ranging from 0.7 to 4.7 cm in somewhat of a criss-crossing cluster of slightly divergent bundles. The Malachite surface has a delightful, variegated, iridescent, velvety green color and luster, and some of the crystals show a radial pattern that is nearly radial, almost floral. This combination of textures in these pseudomorphs is highly desirable and is rarely seen, and noted, in Tsumeb pseudomorphs. This is a fantastic pseudo cluster with great aesthetics and of a classic style unique to Tsumeb.
