Item Description

A showy and excellent malachite pseudomorph after azurite from this famous locale. Actually, it is rather large, for an isolated crystal from here. It probably dates to the 1980s. A large prismatic crystal has a corsage of smaller pseudomorphs festooned at the top. Classic, highly representative material from Touissit. Ex. Mary Perry, Jingnan (Tom) Zhang Coll.
