Item Description

Attractively intergrown sharp pseudomorphs of lightly shimmering malachite after stout, tapering azurite crystals form an outstanding and very aesthetic small cabinet plate from recent finds at this now famous mine. The sculptural piece is highlighted by the striking isolated pristine doubly terminated pseudo on the upper left at 3.8 cm. The large pseudo in the center is 4.4 cm. Exceptional artistic quality in this very fine pseudo from the Jason New Collection, a well-known Mexico specialist. Valued at $1250-1500. Pseudos of this quality are rare.
