Velvet malachite has pseudomorphed most of this aesthetic, leaf-like thumbnail cluster of tabular azurite crystals from the famous mines at Bisbee. A few small azurites are unaltered and glow with electric-blue color under bright light. Showy and excellent old-time material from the Jaime Bird Collection.
