Item Description

A classsic and aesthetic intergrown cluster of lustrous malachite pseudomorphs after sharp azurite crystals from the famous and now-closed Tsumeb Mine. I like the stacked, sculptural form of the pseudos. Older material from the Ed Brancroft Collection, probably dating to the 1960s or 70s. The slightly faded label is attached to a fragment of styrofoam.
