Item Description

The recent, prolific finds of azurite, malachite, malachite pseudos after azurite, brochantite and cuprite have become contemporary classics over the life of the oxide zone at this mine (2007-2014). This aesthetic piece features opposing teeth-like clusters of chatoyant, sharp, lozenge-shaped, velvet pseudos, to 3.0 cm, strikingly set in the sculptural matrix. A very fine and sturdy example of the varietal. The crystals are extrmeley 3-dimensional and robust, velvety, and sharp. Valued $1200
