Item Description
An attractive specimen of malachite pseudomorphs after azurite from the now famous discovery of 2007 at Milpillas. Although there were many of these specimens available a few years ago, fine quality, undamaged display specimens are uncommon. This piece features many good quality, velvety, dark forest-green crystals of malachite with a nifty chatoyant shimmer, that have altered from azurite. Great shape overall, and great quality for the find. The largest crystal measures 2.0 cm and the piece has a couple of fine display views.
