A very fine and aesthetic miniature of sparkly, velvet malachite pseudomorphs after sharp azurite crystals from Milpillas. The starkly contrasting white matrix is a super compliment. Pristine, except for a bit of periphery wear on the left side. The smelter is converting to sulfide ore soon, indicating the oxide zone is about mined out. No more superb azurites and malachites will be forthcoming. Get a highly representative example of this varietal while you can!
