Item Description

A showy and good quality small cabinet display specimen hosting a pair of deep forest green "sprays" of acicular Malachite which are wedges into vugs of botryoidal, sculptural powder blue to steel blue colored Plancheite and / or Shattuckite matrix. A bit of very soft greenish-blue colored Chrysocolla can be seen on the periphery of the specimen as well. The largest single crystal of Malachite measures 2.8 cm long. These are NOT common from Okatumba, while they are a bit more plentiful from other parts of the Kaokoveld Plateau (like Kandesei). Priced at $650 in our inventory.
