Malachite & Malachite after Azurite (classic Arizona)

Item Description

Sculptural heart-shaped velvety malachite needles are aesthetically accented with malachite pseudomorphs after sharp, blocky azurite crystals on this showy and excellent malachite from Ajo. New Cornelia Mine azurites were never as common as those from Bisbee or Morenci. The front is essentially pristine. The contacts on the upper left and on the upper right, below the pseudos, have no damage, per se. Classic and uncommon Ajo.
