Item Description
A stunning, sculptural slice of very lightly polished malachite eyes from one of the famous copper mines of the Democratic Republic of Congo. This end slab piece has beautiful form and dramatic concentric color bands. Old-time material from the 1960s to mid-70s from the Jaime Bird Collection, when these malachites were first coming to the US market.
