Item Description
To my mind, the Shattuckite and Malachite combinations have become a true Namibian classic. The Malachite "horn," which has excellent color and luster, has grown on a Shattuckite crust. A lovely combination on its own merits. It is primary malachite, large crystals not formed as a replacement of prior azurite and so, more uncommon at most locales. Now, your throw in a half dozen sharp, lustrous and gemmy Dioptase crystals accenting the base, and you have an absolute killer. Cm for cm, this is one of the very best of these combinations I have seen. Period.
