An adorable and RARE thumbnail pseudomorph from this famous open pit Cu-Co deposit, now worked occasionally by artisanal miners. Bright green malachite has replaced a stunning V-shaped pair of pristine terminated tabular barite crystals. The bit of attached matrix adds contrast and pizzazz. These exquisite rarities were brought by a French dealership to the 2002 Tucson Show, with no more since. A superb pseudo thumbnail from the Ken Roberts Pseudomorph Collection. hard to value as these are so rare!
