Outstanding vug of beautiful, botryoidal Malachite from the Planet Mine in Arizona. The color is a soft, blue-green that is very attractive, and the botryoids are nicely developed throughout the pocket. The texture looks almost velvety, and there are even three smaller vugs on the back to add mineral and visual interest. You simply do not see many of these around, and rarely are they this well-formed and well-preserved. An excellent specimen for this group of mines and for a USA locality.
