Item Description

A rich little specimen of green Malachite on host rock matrix from the lesser known Apex Mine in Washington County, Utah. Under magnification, the crystals are very attractive. Minor blue Azurite can be seen on the underside of the specimen. If you collect Utah minerals, worldwide Malachite or just hard to find localities for well known species, don't miss out on this one.
