Item Description
Here we have beautiful Malachite specimen from less commonly seen Tonglushan Mine, as opposed to the specimens from the Liufengshan Mine, or the Shilu Mine. This piece features fine quality, botryoidal groups of Malachite on the display side, with no real matrix to speak of. There is a bit of roughness on one edge, but you can actually see a bit of banding in this area, showing how the Malachites forming in layers, as there are slight variations in color. Overall the piece is in great shape, and is a wonderful representation of these older specimens (this one was mined circa 2010), which are seldom seen on the market today.
