Very fine combo of numerous Magnetite crystals and brassy Chalcopyrite, set in a matrix of lustrous Galena. The Magnetites have a superb metallic luster and excellent crystal form. Most people are unaware of the quality of the material from this mine, and Charlie's collection had a drawer of this the likes of which we had never seen on the market. The largest of the Magnetites is in excellent condition, 2 cm on edge, and has a sharp, complex habit unique to this lcoale, combined with high luster. An excellent and aesthetic combination piece.
