Item Description

A 1.5 cm textbook dodecahedron dominates the aesthetic cluster of sharp, lustrous, metallic-gray magnetite crystals on hefty magnetite-rich matrix. Mineral specimens from this long extinct iron mine are uncommon and seldom available. This is a very fine and rich ore specimen from the Sanabria Collection. It displays well without aid. Very magnetic, as you would expect.
