Item Description
From the Laurel Hill Quarry of New Jersey, this small cabinet features a splendent, sharp, 2.3 cm Magnetite octahedron perched on Calcite matrix with numerous smaller Magnetites. Not only is the main crystal superb for its size and quality, but it is terraced, perhaps indicating a penetration twin or another exotic modification. It presents vertically or horizontally and is a fine display specimen as well as an old classic. This is a classic, old-time, and exceptionally large crystal for this locality. You seldom see them for sale.
