Calcite is RARE from this classic Italian locale, well-known for excellent grossular garnet and perovskite specimens. This sculptural combination rarity is highlighted by the rich cluster of uncommon, sharp, lustrous, metallic-gray magnetite octahedrons, to 8 mm, attractively set on the contrasting massive calcite with green serpentinite matrix. Modest pink calcite fluorescence. VERY RARE and choice combination material from the Bonisoli Collection.
