Item Description

A significant, KILLER specimen of Magnetite from the former Soviet Republic, with over a dozen sharp crystals up to 2 cm attractively distributed along the matrix. The Magnetites are perfect dodecahedrons, with very good luster and metallic-gray color. Dashkesan is a well-known deposit, and the crystals are magnetic as you would expect. An excellent classic, and pieces of this quality are hard to obtain. Originally priced at $650.
