Magnetite

Item Description

One of the best examples of Magnetite from Aggeneys that I've seen. This is older material and this particular piece features a really striking and prominent slightly modified octahedron measuring 1.7 cm aesthetically sitting atop Magnetite and Chalcopyrite matrix. Only one small contact on the left side of the main crystal, but otherwise in really good shape. Magnetite is a well known species, but good crystallized examples like this are few and far between.
