Magnesite with Dickite (ex Matioli)

An aesthetic and eye-popping small cabiet specimen from Brumado featuring sharp, lustrous, well-formed, gemmy, rhombs of off-white colored Magnesite measuring up to 1.1 cm which are associated (according to the label) with Dickite on matrix. Dickite is a clay species and part of the Kaolinite-Serpentine Group, but I can't find a listing for this species from Brumado, I'm simply copying the information on the label. The piece is well-crystallized on the display side, and would make a nice addition to any carbonate collection or a suite of Brazilian minerals. This is certainly the showiest piece of this particular association that I think I've had to offer in the auctions in a while. Valued at $700 for the quality. Ex Paolo Matioli specimen.
