This item is part of a special benefit auction for the Rice Museum of Rocks & Minerals (ricenorthwestmuseum.org). Items are either deaccessions from the museum's collection or were donated by generous supporters listed below.

Auction open April 1, 2021 through April 17, 2021.

Billing for this auction will occur on Monday, April 19, for payment using PayPal or credit card. Shipping will be billed at cost, or please contact brandy@mineralauctions.com if you'd like to plan on picking up items at future shows or during a stop through Dallas.

Enjoy an home-cooked lunch for 4 at the home of Jim and Gail Spann in Rockwall (near Dallas, Texas); and after eating, a tour of the extensive museum-style display collection numbering over 14,000 pieces.Sit amongst cases of breathtaking crystals as you eat, drink tea and chat with your hosts, the Spanns.Their home is an architectural delight, with 72 cases of well lit minerals and various rooms of art, fossils and petrified wood mixed in as well. (Menu options will be discussed and date and time can be accommodated with the winner.) Anybody who has ever been out there for a meal can testify the food is as good as the minerals!
