Ludlockite and leiteite are two of the ultra-rare and highly desirable species for which the famous Tsumeb Mine is the Type Locality. To get both in a showy specimen on rich germanite ore is a triple bonus! Bright, burnt orange ludlockite hairs are richly scattered on highly lustrous, colorless plates of leiteite.
