Item Description

Ludlockite is one of the ultra-rare and highly desirable species for which the famous Tsumeb Mine is the Type Locality. Clusters of bright, burnt orange ludlockite hairs are nicely scattered on the vuggy, germanium-rich ore (which will have germanite in it, certainly). Ex Marshall Sussman Collection, a noted rarities specialist, and valued at $600. I sent this specimen to Dr. Mark Feinglos to confirm the arsenbrackenbrushite, which is why it was attributed to him (from hi s ote on the box) when we posted this auction at first.
