Item Description
Ludlockite and leiteite are two of the ultra-rare and highly desirable species for which the famous Tsumeb Mine is the Type Locality. To get both in a showy thumbnail specimen is a real bonus! Bright, burnt orange ludlockite hairs nearly envelope separated plates of pearlescent, colorless leiteite. A showy 360-degree specimen. This combination was found but rarely in the final days of Tsumeb. Ex Rob Smith Collection and valued at $1000.
