Item Description

A 1.2 cm "nodule" of translucent, rich green, microcrystallized ludlamite is aesthetically set in a vug lined with siderite disks. The matrix is granular sphalerite. This aesthetic and rare combination is from the famous, small, late 1982 find at the San Antonio Mine. Some of the finest ludlamites in the world came from this find. It displays well without aid. Rare and choice material from the Bob Trimingham Collection.
