Item Description

A classic old specimen of this well known material. Superb specimens of Ludlamite are only found in a few worldwide localities such as Huanuni, Bolivia; Cornwall, England; and Santa Eulalia, Mexico. This specimen features very attractive well-formed, beautiful green color, gemmy/translucent, almost "coffin"-shaped crystals of Ludlamite on matrix. The largest crystal measures 8 mm. The piece was mined in the late 1960's.
